History Of The College

Despite the giant leap in the educational sector, there has been a dearth of good educatioal college of education in many rural regions of Tamilnadu. With the noble intent of educating the underpriviledged rural folks in the Salem and Villupuram districts, Kongu Educational Trust was founded in the year 2004, by the great educationalists and philanthropists in Manivizhundhan village near Attur taulk of Salem District. Since then, it has evolved into one of the major groups of institutions in Salem district, with schools and colleges imparting quality education to all strata of society.
